I conducted 4 interviews with users, thanks to which I could learn different opinions about the applications existing on the market, what they think about them, how often they use them, what is a problem for them in using this type of products, what they would like to improve, etc. I asked them about 20 questions. I wrote them down in Word and wrote down their answers there, and I also recorded them with their consent to supplement the notes. Then I moved the questions and answers to Miro. In Miro, I created 4 color categories (suggestions, neutral, pain points, delights) according to which I marked the answers.

Research revealed two customer needs: quick bouquet purchases and the ability to custom-arrange bouquets. To address this, I implemented a bouquet creator feature for personalized arrangements. Additionally, I updated the visual aesthetics to be softer and more modern, making bouquets look more appealing and less outdated. The main screen now offers two options: "Create Your Bouquet" and "Quick Order", catering to different customer preferences efficiently.

Florist assistance has been made available through live chat or phone consultations. Additionally, a guide in the form of a blog has been provided, offering various tips and advice from professional florists.

I used AI to process some of the concepts of possible aesthetic presentation of the application and page layouts, as well as to generate various variants of bouquets that could replace the real photo session of flowers that would have to take place. This made it possible to aesthetically present potential bouquets. I also used AI to prepare the main background of the application and the floral main color motifs.

The chosen colors were to be original, associated with the richness of flowers, freshness and the joy of giving or receiving. Most applications presented basic colors such as strong red or pink, but in the form of a strong, dominant main color. I wanted to create colors that would be light at the same time, so I decided to present these colors in a more delicate form, where they elegantly blend into each other.
