The Working Group Presentation

TWG Presentation

My task was to overhaul a business presentation for The Working Group, an establishment that partners with prominent CEOs, heads of departments, and influential decision-makers. The goal was to morph their current presentation into an intriguing, polished resource that the enterprise's leaders could utilize in meetings for an effective company introduction, services demonstration, and promoting cooperation. This presentation serves a crucial role in their pitch, setting the foundational structure for their discussions and talks geared towards creating strong business relationships.

Old version - problems

Old version - problems

The original presentation for TWG lacked cohesive visual identity and struggled to effectively convey the company’s mission and services to senior executives and potential collaborators. Its design was outdated, with dense blocks of text and inconsistent use of branding elements, making it difficult for the audience to engage with the content.

Client needs analysis

Client needs analysis

Before diving into the design process, I conducted a thorough analysis to understand the client's specific goals and challenges with the presentation. I developed a detailed set of questions to pinpoint the key objectives, target audience, and desired outcomes. These questions helped clarify the areas needing improvement and the overall direction of the redesign. After receiving the client's responses, we discussed them further to ensure that the final design would effectively address their needs and align with their expectations.

Redesign

Redesign

By implementing a modern design language and refining content for clarity I elevated the presentation's impact and engagement. The updated design not only aligned seamlessly with company's brand identity but also enhanced its ability to communicate key messages clearly and effectively to senior executives and prospective partners.

I also focused on ensuring the consistency of the existing illustrations that the company had on hand, addressing their stylistic discrepancies. Additionally, I created a new illustration for the final slide and designed a set of icons for the individual slides.
